Service Agreement — The Lead Boss

1. Service & Payment. Client agrees to prepay for the selected block of live inbound transfers at $35 per transfer. Payment is due in full before transfer delivery begins. Blocks are non-refundable once transfer delivery has started. Unused transfers may be held on account for up to 90 days.

2. Transfer Quality Standard. All transfers include a 120-second quality buffer. If a call does not reach 120 seconds, it is not billable. If it does, it is billable — no exceptions, no replacements, no refunds.

3. Dedicated Capacity. The Lead Boss provides dedicated transfer volume to Client's account. Transfers are not shared across other agencies. Capacity is allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.

4. Non Captive Leads or Minimums. This agreement covers the prepaid block selected. There are no recurring contracts or minimum monthly commitments. Client may purchase additional blocks at any time.

5. Client Responsibilities. Client is responsible for ensuring licensed agents are available to receive transfers during agreed-upon hours. The Lead Boss is not responsible for missed transfers due to agent unavailability. Client agrees to handle all prospect interactions in compliance with applicable insurance regulations and state licensing requirements.

6. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement and any prospect data confidential. Prospect information is for Client's exclusive use and may not be resold or shared.

7. Limitation of Liability. The Lead Boss's liability is limited to the value of the prepaid transfer block. No guarantee of specific close rates or revenue outcomes is made — results depend on Client's sales process and market conditions.

8. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
